Per Mayor Eddie Thomas, Russell Springs City Hall will now be open Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm until further notice.

Utility bills can be paid one of the following ways:

1. Online at
2. Call in at 270-866-3981 to pay by credit card or debit card
3. Drop off payment in the night deposit box with a copy of your bill along with a check, cash, or money order. Night deposit box is located by the drive thru window at City Hall
4. Stop by the drive thru window during office hours and one of the employees will gladly assist you.


At the recommendation of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the National Rural Water Association (NRWA), the Lobby of City Hall will be closed until further notice. In the interest of our employees and customers’ health, please use the drive-thru, pay over the phone, or utilize our online payment portal at above. The city is known as the Gateway to Lake Cumberland, one of the largest man-made lakes east of the Mississippi River, created by the impoundment of the Cumberland River by Wolf Creek Dam.
