Russell Springs City Council
The Russell Springs City Council is the city’s legislative body.
Six council members are elected by all voters of the city.
Council meetings are 6 p.m. on the second Thursday of each month in the Russell Springs City Hall Municipal room.
The agenda for each meeting is available on Facebook and our website.
The council is responsible for adopting the annual budget,
ordinances, resolutions, polices and regulations.
